Sorry, everyone, I know it has been awhile. I have been working a shit ton lately, haven't had much time to play video games. I did buy a Playstation 2 Slim a couple controllers and 43 games for 50 bucks. I wasn't going to buy it at first, I was told one system and 20 games. Once I seen it on my kitchen with 43 games, well 45 but two games were missing, I couldn't resist. It works out to just over a dollar an item.
I went to play Ultimate Spiderman, I remember that one been good, plus I am a Spiderman fan. I inserted the game and started it up. It looked out and pretty shitty graphics, it was glitchy and need to be cleaned. I took it out and realize it was Spiderman for the original Playstation. I played it a bit and tried a PS2 game. They don't work on my Playstation 3! I was shocked, I have played PS2 games on PS3 before. I looked into it a bit and apparently, you can old Playstation 2 games on the original Playstation 3 models. Lame but I do have a Playstation 2, but it would have been a lot easier to play those games on my PS3.
It is a little fucked that original Playstation games work fine, need to find a bunch those games. I also didn't get a memory card, so I can't save the games. Not like I am going to play them anyways, a couple are good. There is new way better games out right now, can't waste time playing a game like Super Truck Racing. The three controllers I bought were in rough shape. It was a couple of kid's collection that I bought and we know how kids treat shit. They are held together by electrical tape and one has a raddle. A mint condition controller is a pretty good find.
Well I should go, got to work another ten hour shift in seven hours. I am too fucking lazy to proof read, for this, I apologize. Tomorrow I will post a complete list of games I bought, and what I think. They is a few I like and am excited for. There is also a bunch of complete shit games there. What you see above is the Mojowijo Attachment for the Nintendo Wii Controller. If you can't figure it out from the picture above, the attachment turns your Wii remote in a "body stimulation" device. To stop any confusion, it is a Vibrator and Masterbaitor or "stroker". The concept is that you download a program for your computer that can control the vibrations of the Wii via Bluetooth. I believe you need Skype or another similar program as well.
Really this has nothing to do with video games, other then it uses the the Bluetooth of a Wii remote. I have seen similar products at sex shops and expos but I really think this one could be successful. I was in a serious relationship, that was a long distance affair for the majority of it. I do enjoy this new technology of video chatting, either it be Facetime on a Ipod or Skype. It is very cool to be able to make eye contact with a friend halfway across the world. Lots of times, when I was in that long distance relationship, I wish I could of seen her face on the phone. Even online gaming is doing well, I know on Playstation 3 you can have video and text chat with your friends. I am not sure if X-Box 360 has video chat but it voice messages are nice to have.
Back to the Mojowijo, I am sure guys are going to buy this the most. I can't see many women buying this, maybe couples though. I am still hopeful that it will be popular, might be the couple's Fleshlight. I might get one, not sure if I want a girl to find that shit in my closest or somewhere. Maybe she will have one at home too...

Okay fuck, now I am pissed off. I just got off work, I can’t find any weed. No luck after nine at night in this fucking backwards hick town. If I want crack or coke or something terrible, no problem. At home, of course the first thing I did was checked if Playstation Store was back up. No dice, it is still down. How much longer? I haven’t been able to find any information online about the status of the Playstation Store and other Sony online services. To top it off, there is fucking no one online right now. Oh well probably just play some Call of Duty and scrape some resin.
So I just got home from work, and the fucking store is still down. They said it would only be a few days after the online play is back up, for the store to be back. Well it is still not up and running and I feel like I am missing out. I know there has been a couple Playstation Network only games have been released during this outage. I really just want to be able to spend my hard earned money on some Sony games. Well you are missing out on some cash, Sony.
Okay I think I am going to try another one of these game reviews. The last one started with a Prelude, so it only feels right to tell a little story for this game. The last thing to interest me about inFAMOUS was how Sony is going to give it away for free because of their fuck up with the playstation network. This isn't going to be the first time I played this game, though.
One day back in the mountains, I was going over to my good buddies place. I didn't know, but he had the day off and went into the city to buy a Playstation 3 and like five or six games. I was pretty stoked and haven't really played many video games in the last few years. I lived in a party town in the middle of the mountains, full of young attractive girls and lots of fun to be had. Video games really didn't seem that important then. I did live with a few people that had systems, and did play once in a while. Really I was too busy, chasing pussy, hiking, snowboarding, and getting fucked up.
So we grabbed some booze as for is tradition. The plan for the night was to stay in and play video games, instead of going to the club and trying to get some tail. I remember we tried some games like Killzone 2 and Bio Shock. Then we put in inFAMOUS, at this point we finished the beer and was starting to drink the rye. This is when my buddy's roommate took out a little clear bag filled with powder. He start to dump it out and asked if I wanted a line? Of course, I said I did and he chalked one up for me, it looked a little small for what I am used to doing with him. Just figured he was saving it, and I snorted it. I am pretty sure my eyes filled with tears instantly, I remember saying "Fuck, that's rough stuff".
I remember that the intro was pretty awesome. It was cool running around beating up on people, but found the missions very difficult. Finally my buddy executed a jump, right on to the side of a building and stuck like Spiderman! It is very hard to do the missions without knowing, that the protagonist "Cole" was a master free runner. Now we really knew, it really made the game more enjoyable.

Well, I just got back from the bar. It is most likely better to have this,... um, mind set, to tell this part of the story. We started to get into the game quite a bit. Around this time I noticed that I was feeling a little strange. High, but not a cocaine high. Something familiar, like ecstasy but better. I knew what it was, I asked "Is this MDMA?" Sure as fuck it was. Shit, I only done it twice before... The first time was great, the second time I took about six hits, instead of one. The second time I thought I was going to overdose on the shit and have never been so high in my life.
Once I figure out, that I was doing MDMA instead of cocaine. I quit taking it, I did about four or five line before my stupid ass realized that was going on. Last time I did that shit was like Fear in Loathing in Las Vegas or some shit. I was way out of control, it was scary. Well this time it wasn't so bad. All I really remember, was that is was really funny how Cole ran, and that pretty much everything else in the game was super trippy and badass. None the less, I stayed up till nine in the morning, playing the fucking game. I am pretty sure that I got to about 40 percent completion in about ten hours maybe less.
I have mentioned before, that drugs and video games have mixed well in the past. Well it is true, in this moment. If it wasn't for the video game, I would haven't had something to focus on. Sort of like my mushroom trip with God of War II. That is a different story all together, though. I will tell that one soon enough. Well hopefully soon, playstation store will be back online and I can download inFAMOUS and beat the game again. The best part is that you can choose to be evil or good like fable or similar games. This makes for a great game that can be played more then one time through.
Does Sony not care about Canada... Fucking Racists
Okay as you may know that PSN is back up, and we are still waiting for full service. Playstation Store and some other services like Qriocity and Sony Online Entertainment are still offline. Of course you can get all this information on playstation blog, like this extremely useless map with Canada completely ignored. None the less. I for one am glad Sony is releasing more info then earlier in the outage. Even if they can't tell us exactly when the additional service will be up, they are stating with in a few more days. What is their word mean to us anymore, first they told us that this was going to be fixed May 4th or some shit.
Okay because Sony isn't a complete asshole. They are giving us a bunch of free shit to try and win some loyalty back. I think it is a smart tactic, my friend who is a xbox gamer, will be dusting off his PS to get some free games. These are the free games you get;

I don't really care about the Playstation Home shit but the rest is pretty sweet. The games mentioned above are available for shortly 30 days after Playstation Store is restored. Well guys, that is pretty fucking sweet and should give us gamers a lot more play time in the next couple of monthes, then the month before. I just check, and as of May 18, 3:11 pm Mountain Time the store is still down. I got to go, see if I can get a few COD rounds in before the second half of my split shift. Game on.
Holy fucking shit fuck, we can play online again. I heard that yesterday, May 14th Playstation Network for North America is back online. No word on when the Playstation Store or Sony Online Entertainment (DC Universe) will be back up. As I said in a earlier post that this would happen. I didn't hear about it till today, when I did my daily check. I have lost hope in Sony's word and didn't know what was going on. Hold on, I need to grab a slice of pizza or something, maybe those pork short ribs, I don't know I have the munchies.
So today before work, I checked to see if I could get online, with doubt in my mind. To my shock and awe, it said I needed to update. I heard about this fabled update. In the writings of the future, one told of this update to ale all ill of this PSN outage. Fuck was I stoked, unfortunately the update wouldn't be finish before work. I left it on then when to work to slave away over a hot stove.
When I got home the urge to have some firewater in my belly was strong, so I went out to the local watering hole. I left home with the thought of playing online in the back of my mind. Luckily for me, the bars were pretty dead, unluckily I have to work early and can't stay up all night and jam out. I did play three matches of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, fuck was it good. It was like a junkie finally getting his hands on a rock. Even if I sucked ass, like a new born noob, it was one of the best COD sessions I have had.
I am still upset about what happened with Sony, I paid to have a three month membership to Playstation Exclusive. Well I missed almost an entire month of it because of this outage. I heard that Sony will be giving away some free shit, including a month of Playstation Exclusive but I want at an extra month on top of what I paid for. None the less I am glad I can play online once again. Well I should probably go, want to play another round before passing out. I working in about 5 hours, fuck. Sorry guys, I haven't been posting that much recently. I was looking for a job and found one, so I have been a little busy. With the PSN outage, it really make me feel like, not playing Playstation. Also I have tossed the new release posts in the garbage. I really didn't like doing them. If a good game comes out I will mention it and hopefully rent it and do some sort of mini review.
I am glad I got a job though, it has been way to long to be without one. It is a okay paying job, which I can't afford to send a little more on gaming stuff. I also decided to stay in town for the summer. This old town is full of garage sale and really good for finding old games. Collecting is going to go up ten folds this summer. Most people are excited for the sun and tanning and shit. Me, on the other hand... I am excited for more games.
Okay Sony is really pissing me off now. Still the network is down, fucking still down. There has been rumors that Japan has been back online for about a week, but these are just rumors and I have not found any solid proof of this. I don't know anyone in Japan right now and haven't been able to find information online either. Got a little bit of information from some Japanese sites. Unfortunately I can't read any of it, and google translater really sucks at Japanese.
None the less, I presume Japan will be the first country back online. As for Canada, I have no fucking idea. We have been hearing that May 3rd was going to be the last of the outage. Now we are hearing that it will be fixed by May 31th. A call bullshit, I think Sony should not mention what date they suspect the problem to be fix. Just keep us updated on how things are going. We haven't hear much about anything.
The PSN outage has cause me to play less video games, it's was pretty rare for me to go a day with out playing video games. Now that is pretty normal, I have been playing a bunch of retro games and been working on my NHL 09 be a pro career. This doesn't match up to online play though.
You may have noticed I didn't post a new release post yesterday, I think I am done with that. It was boring and if you want to know what coming out it is easy to find out. The PSN outage is affecting Playstation Store releases, some of my favorite games to check out early in their release. Well that seems like a thing of the past now. I also use the Playstation network for other things like chatting with friends from all over the world.
Another Sony related issue is bothering me right now. I want get the new Sony Ericsson Xperia Play phone. It is the first phone Playstation certified. Play some sweet game and have all the features of an android smartphone. The problem is that in Canada, Roger's is the only phone provider that offers the phone. I am with Telus. I haven't found any information is I could buy it and unlock it then hook it up through Telus. No matter I can't afford it right now anyway.

I have heard, people are still getting billed for some Playstation services. This is fucked, I have heard much about what actually was stolen and why. Sony has mention a reward for any information directed at "people familiar with the matter." I am very confused and concerned on what the fuck is going on. What really was stolen, Sony can't even figure out what websites are restricted to them or the public. Are our Credit Card numbers safe if they are still billing them.
I watch another video game movie this time it was Street Fighter: Rise of Chun Li. It was done really well, there was a few thing I really didn't like. First and foremost, there are her hair buns? You see them twice in the movie for a combined time of half a second. Second of all, don't you think she doesn't look Japanese enough, in the movie she has a Caucasian Mother but still. She looks really good in parts in the movie, like when she gets to Bangkok the first time as an adult. The boots are spot one to the game but I have very disappointed that see never wore the spiked bracelets of the tights, dress combo from the game.
The movie from stray from the game plot, I couldn't tell you to much. I play the games not become a fanboy. There is a few other characters form the Street Fighter series involved with some B list celebs. None the less I place this movie high on the Video Game Movie List, it is an all around decent movie, but it won't blow your mind.
Fucking Jonathan Toews, the only reason I lost the series. It was a hard battle all the way to game seven. I think I actually broke a sweat. It's hard to lose after playing two seasons around 170 games only to get to western conference finals, just short of the playoff finals. I did get four offers from other teams though, I took Boston. See ya later Ducks. This is going to be the third season now, I started almost three years ago. Mostly won't play again for a few months. Maybe never if I get the newer version.
So Playstation Network is still down in Canada, while in Alberta at least. I haven't been researching it lately, just don't care about what they say about it, just what they do about it. Once it's up and running, with the store working, giving me free shit. I will be happy. It's a really good thing that Sony doesn't charge for online, if they did they did, I don't think they would have any now. Well we will see what happens.
I just finished watching the Prince of Persia Movie, and I have to say it is pretty cool. I was never a huge fan of the game series. There were okay, i guess, just wasn't something I could get into. The movie on the other hand was better. Produced by Disney and Jerry Bruckheimer, the same as the Pirates of the Caribbean series. Starring Jake Gyllenhaal as Prince Dastan, and Gemma Arterton as Princess Tamina. The movie is a retelling of the game series, even though it incorporates elements of all three games, it is a different story. The visuals at the first major battle really feel like a video game, but other then that, there really isn't much.
Video games turned movies, quite frankly are pieces of shit. Go out and rent the Mario Bros. movie and tell me what you think. Okay there is a few that did well, there is almost as many Resident Evil movie as games now. I did like the first one and the third one, the others not so much. The DOOM movie, I was partial to, it wasn't that great and for fuck sakes, The Rock? The ending is cool, how it goes into First Person view. I think they should re so the Mortal Kombat movie and actually make it bad ass.

Until just recently, sex in video games have been pretty tame, and really still is. I don’t understand why violence, cruel language and racism is bountiful in video games. Sex on the other hand is just too much? Most people engage in some form of sexual activities in their daily lives. Some people thrive for sex or a mate anyways, get an education, good job, nice house and car just to impress the opposite sex. I hope most people don’t thrive to achieve, in order of violence, hate and all that is bad. I am not saying we need to tone down the violence in games, just up the boobage.
In the beginning of gaming history, with the shitty graphics, it must have been hard to incorporate sexuality into the plot. One of the earliest moments of sex was in the Atari 2600 game Clusters Revenge. In said game, your are rewarded with some hot squaw action. Once Nintendo Entertainment System came out, sex and nudity was stricken for a while. This is were accidental porn was found in a wide variety of games. Lets not for get Mario and Peach, why else do you think Mario would risk his life and limb, if it wasn’t for that Peach ass. What about Link sleeping around on Zelda? We all know how the girl in town “restores” his health.
This obviously is just how perverts, like me, see games. This is nudity in games from the 80s and 90s. You really have to look for it and lots of times it goes unnoticed. Japanese games have more then the North American games. I have seen some cocks in Japanese games. It slips through to North America as well, remember Rampage: World Tour? When the Lizzy character dies, she shrinks down to normal human size, naked. For a quick moment you can see her bits, nipples, bush and all. This also happens to the male characters of the game and you see virtual cock. I couldn’t believe this was missed by the ratings board in the first place, but even I missed it until it was pointed out to me.
Since the dawn of video games, there has been sexual related codes or mods for games. Like Ring of Power for SEGA Genesis. With a cheat code of holding down all three buttons and start, while restarting the system. You get Naughty Dog’s X rated logo. How about the Tomb Raider’s naked Lara patch or BloodRayne’s “JuggyDanceSquad” cheat, which increases the breast size of the main character. There is tons of games with nude mods, Max Payne, Tomb Raider, The Sims, World of Warcraft and Half life just to name a few.
Lets talk about 3DO, the game console with the lowest remembrance around. It was well known for it adult themed games. Vivid Interactive ( not a clue if there is any relation to Vivid Video) had a whole host of games. “Sex” was a complete title for one of them, The Coven, Immortal Desires, Super Models Go Wild, Blonde Justice and Love Bites are some of the shitty games made on this good idea. Many of these games are just really bad soft core porn. In “Sex” the nudity is just nipples, the act of sex looks extremely fake. The girls are from the late 80s and early 90s. The hair is awful, and these girl are not sexy by today’s standards.
With Playstation new to the market, what kind of sexy themes can Sony dish out. Well one game that comes to mind is Fear Effect, mostly Fear Effect 2. There is a strong lesbian undertones, and there is a girl on girl scene in a elevator. This was a huge step for sexuality in video games. There is no nudity but you do see the girls in their underwear, even a shot of panties falling down calves. I was around 13 years old when this game came out and I pretty sure I stored the elevator scene in my spank bank.

Games were adding sex appeal into many games now. The Dead or Alive ad campaign was as sexy as the game series, spawning spin off titles such as DOA Volleyball. Japanese games always had a little more race then ours, but Japan’s Sexy Beach series takes the cake. These games are made up of hot Japanese girls in the smallest swimsuits, as you play mini games involving giving “sun screen” bukkakes, or deep throating a popsicle. Oh Japan.
Today’s games are almost to my standards in the sex department. There is sex in a ton of games now and nudity is starting to appear in mainstream titles, with a lot less controversy. The public is still bitching, but really, watch some TV and tell me what you see. Video games are not just for kids anymore, we have grown up and so have games. There is a few adult game with a very grown up feel to them. One thing about being an adult is we have sex. Sex is less of a tactic to bring in male teens sales. Heavy Rain is a very good game targeting an adult audience, nudity is in the game quite a bit. The nudity isn’t the main part of the game but the non gamer world was in a up roar about it. Mostly with the stripper scene, even though there is a full blown interactive sex scene, as you control the undressing of Madison. The sex scene is very classy and you don’t see anything rude. In fact the sex scene in Indigo Prophecy is more graphic, you get to see some ass and a full shot of some steamy sex action.
We didn’t even mention PC games, I remember one of my first video game sex experiences was the strip club part in Duke Nukem 3D. You could flash some cash at a stripper and she would flash you tasselled titties. In exchange you could shoot her and she explodes in gore and cash. I am sure the up and coming Duke Nukem Forever game will deliver some good amounts of sex appeal. PC games could get away with a lot more then console games. I didn’t play many PC games so I can’t really get too deep into sex and PC games. Virtual Jenna is something I looked in to, it is really a porn game in the up most fashion. You are in the director’s seat, shooting a modern style porn. You control position, partners, toys and environments. I am big porn fan and found this game amazing. The graphics are decent but not great by today’s standard.
Well, there is so much more then what we talked about, but we did cover a brief history of the pervert moments in gaming. The beginning, when it was hidden or only slightly referenced, like the playboys you found under your dad’s bed as a young boy. Video games grew up the same time I did, and we were both had a serge of hormones at the same time. These were confusing times for both of us. Now that we are grown up, we have distinct tastes and fantasies. We are both more responsible and don’t get into as much trouble now. I am excited to see how the role of sex leads in the future of gaming.

What the fuck! PSN is still down in my region. Last Sunday, we were told that, with in the week the problem would be fixed. I know, it's only been three days but I thought for sure it would only be a couple of days, max. There is rumors that Japan is back online, but I would have no idea, could maybe facebook a friend of mine over there. Sony hasn't made any statement since the report, last Sunday, but people are hoping everything will be up by the weekend. I have also heard rumors of people trying to sue Sony will accusations of credit card theft. Far as I know there has been no records of credit card fraud and it is most likely, just greedy swine looking
for free money.
The other day, I received my order from JJ Games, I ordered a SEGA 32x and DOOM 32x. DOOM was in surprisingly good condition, but the 32x was just the system, no cables, power adapter, or docking sleeve. I knew I had a extra power cord, but finding a 32x connection cable is almost impossible without internet assistance. I might have to eBay one. I was really excited to play DOOM on console but I will have to wait now.
What you see here is what I got..
My friend has a Intellivision with close to twenty games in really good condition, everything is in working order. He has two games that are worth an okay price, mint condition. It's worth, all together, close to seventy bucks used. Mint condition, in the original shrink wrap close to 250 big ones. I am looking into, if there is a way to refurbishment the condition of the boxes. If there was a way to make the boxes look better, to get creases out, etc. I doubt there is, once time has taken it's toll there is not going back.
All in all, I have a new SEGA 32x and a pretty good copy of DOOM 32x. DOOM is one of my favorite game series and having every version would make me happy, as a collector. An entire id software collection would be amazing. Anyways, I got to get back to gaming. I'm the playoffs, in EA's NHL 09. I really don't want to get out before the western finals this time. It’s hard to predict if a video game rendition of a movie rendition of a comic… Most movie video games kinda suck balls. I have played a few good ones, one of the Spiderman games was pretty awesome. Tranformers’s multiplayer was surprisingly good. Were does Thor match up? I don’t even know about the movie, the Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk were off the hook. Both are hard to judge, could be hit and miss.

I really want to try it game. I really liked Wii Sports, only played the first one. Actually a fun party game, it’s no Mario Party. The party aspect of the game will be lost, unless it has a wi-fi multiplayer. Even if it does online DS play is fucking terrible.

This looked like a very good game. I run and gun kill fest, involving Criminals on a abandoned prison planet. You could choose between three escaped convicts, shooting their way to survival and find a way to escape the planet. The game was to be a collaboration between the Japanese publisher and a Hong Kong toymaker called Brothersfree. The characters in the game were all originally sculpted as articulated action figures. Unfortunately Square Enix pulled the plug on this one, giving no reason for doing so. I guess the action figures will not get there video game.
